The Team Card is a pdf template with interactive form fields to allow the user to edit the required information fields. The "Team Name" is to be edited as below.
Example 1 : BU12 Blue - The letter B indicates a Boys team, U12 identifies the age group and Blue indicates the corresponding Tier as below.
Example 2 : GU14 Red - The letter G indicates a Girls team, U14 identifies the age group and Red indicates the corresponding Tier as below.
Blue - Tier I (Lethbridge)
Red - TII (Lethbridge)
White TIII (Lethbridge)
The Team Cards are formatted to fit inside a clear plastic player card sleeve; Ultra-Pro Toploader Series, 3"X4" REGULAR TOPLOADER - SUPER CLEAR. The sleeves may be purchased in packages of 25 sleeves for approximately $2.50/package at; In The Crease Sportscards & Collectables, Centre Village Mall Lethbridge or other Sport card dealers.
